View the final list of registrants here.

Registration for the conference, plus all AIS SIG and ancillary meetings, is being handled by a single registration process. A separate registration fee applies for the conference and for each AIS SIG and ancillary meeting for which you register, but you can register for all events on a single registration form. To register for the conference and ancillary events via online, go to: https://m360.aisnet.org/event.aspx?eventID=10248. Current AIS members, the online registration system verifies your AIS membership status. Non AIS or renewing members, the membership fee is included in your registration.

This is a secure web server, so your registration information and credit card number are protected. If you are an AIS Institutional or Joint AIS/SIM Institutional Member, you are entitled to a complimentary conference registration to one of the AIS conferences held each year. The complimentary registration can be used by one faculty member from your university. If you are interested in utilizing your complimentary registration for ICIS 2009 conference, please contact the membership manager for the promotional code.

Alternatively, you can download a registration form and upon completing, you can print and fax or mail to AIS for processing. The registration form is available in PDF format that allows you to print and fill out your information directly on the form. Upon completion, please fax the registration form to +1 (404)-240-0998.

FAQ's

Q:  I am not a member of AIS, can I attend the conference?
A:  No, this conference is only open to current members of AIS. However, you may join AIS as part of your conference registration. For more information about AIS, or to become a member, visit our website at www.aisnet.org.

Q:  Do I have to be an AIS member to register for the SIG and Ancillary meetings?
A:
No. You do not have to be an AIS member to register for the SIG and Ancillary meetings. For online registration, just select the SIG/Ancillary Event Option Only and proceed with your registration. If you submit your registration via fax, please indicate on the form which SIG/Ancillary you would like to register for.

Q:  Can I pay after I attend the conference?
A:  No. Registration forms can not be processed until payment is received in full.

Q: I am participating in the Doctoral Consortium, are membership fees included in my registration?
A: Yes. Students attending the DC pay the DC registration fee ($365, regardless when they register.)  If the student is not already an AIS member, they will be provided with a complimentary one-year student membership.  If they are already a member, then their attendance at the DC does not change their membership status.  Their current membership will expire as scheduled.

Q:  Can I register and pay onsite?
A:  Yes.  AI accepts personal checks, cash, traveler’s checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full. Due to space limitations, we strongly encourage all participants to register and pay in advance. Early registration fees are offered at a discounted rate.

Q:  Can I pay by purchase order?
A:  Yes. All purchase orders must be submitted with ample time for AIS to bill your department and for your company to issue payment in full before November 15, 2009.  No registration badges will be issued without some form of payment in full.  If evidence of company payment is not available on site, the participant will be given a registration badge only after he/she provides a valid credit card number as a guarantee until staff returns to the office following the conference.

Q: I am an Institutional Member or Academic Sponsor designee. How do I register?
A: Contact Conference Registrar to verify your eligibility and receive a promo code to use for online registration. You can also submit your form via fax +1 (404) 240-0998 or email it to registrar@aisnet.org.  Once your status has been verified, the conference registrar will process your registration.

Q: What’s the last day for conference registration?
A: The conference registration will remain open until the end of the conference which is December 18, 2009

Q: What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?
A: Requests for refund or cancellation must be in writing via email, fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule:  Received by November 2, full refund less $25 administrative fee; received by December 2, full refund less $50 administrative fee; received by the AIS office on December 3, or later are ineligible for a refund.  Substitutions are permitted.

Q: What is the recommended attire for the conference?
A: Conference attire will be casual and comfortable. Please note, however, that Phoenix weather in December is typically quite comfortable.  Check here for the current weather conditions before you pack.

Q: What if I’d like to bring a guest?
A: Guest tickets are available for the full conference or the social events only. You can pay for your guest ticket in advance or purchase them at the conference.

Q: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?
A: We are happy to honor your special dietary needs. Please indicate your request on your registration form prior to the conference. All special dietary requests must be made prior to the conference itself; requests made on site may not be honored.

Q: Are the conference proceedings included in my registration?
A: Yes. Conference proceedings cds will be included with an ICIS full conference registration. If you are registering for only a SIG/Ancillary meeting the proceedings cd will be available for purchase at the conference itself, or shortly after the conference on the AIS E-Library.

Q: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?
A: Complete the Letter of Invitation form and email it to the AIS Registration at registrar@aisnet.org. Please be informed that you will have to pay the registration fee in advance before you will receive a letter of invitation. As visa requirements can take several weeks, attendees should be advised to apply no later than 3 months prior to the conference.

Q: I don’t have a credit card, can I pay by bank transfer?
A: Yes. Contact the AIS Conference Registrar at registrar@aisnet.org to receive bank transfer instructions. Upon completion of the transfer, fax or email the registration form and proof of the transfer to the AIS office for processing.

Q: How do I make a change to my registration?
