AIS Placement Activities

During ICIS, facilities will be provided to assist the self-directed meetings of applicants and university representatives. Placement will take place at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.

All persons who are participating (interviewers and interviewees) in AIS Placement activities onsite at ICIS 2009 and/or will use the booths provided must be registered for both ICIS 2009 and AIS Placement. To register for AIS Placement, visit https://www.aisnet.org/placement/placement.asp.

The AIS private and general Placement hours are:

• Tuesday - December 15 from 1 pm to 6:00 pm
• Wednesday - December 16 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Thursday - December 17 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Friday – December 18 from 8:00 am to noon

ICIS 2009 discourages the use of hotel rooms and lobbies for conducting placement interviews. 

Private Placements Booths are available for purchase for $250.00 USD.  To reserve your Private Placement Booth, download the reservation form and return to the AIS Offices at +1 (404) 413-7443 or office@aisnet.org.  The deadline for submission is November 2, 2009.

Open complimentary tables are available onsite for all institutions who have paid and posted a position on the AIS Placement website as of December 1, 2009 (2 weeks prior to the conference). These tables are available on a first-come-first-served basis in the general Placement area (see printed program or online itinerary planner for room locations).
