Shan
Fu
entered the AI Lab in Spring, 2001. Currently
he is doing his research and master project on
the Efficient Scheduling of Periodic Information
Monitoring Requests. At the same time, he's invovled
in the Time-Visualization prototype, a fundamental
framework for integrating and visualizing various
artificial intelligence tools in law enforcement
environment. He was also in the development team
of the Coplink project, a Database Collaboration
System for Tucson Police Department. Before entering
AI Lab, he was the network administrator of the
Hoffman Ecommerce Lab for a Windows 2000 network
of 30 clients and two enterprise-level server.
His technical skills cover JSP, Java Servlet,
C programming, Perl, Python, Ruby, JavaScript/HTML,
Oracle Database, Oracle Datawarehousing, Microsoft
SQL Server, Tomcat, SAS, SPSS, Windows and Linux
Administration.
