Ping Yan

Ping Yan is currently a doctoral student in the Department of Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Arizona, where she is also a research associate of the Artificial Intelligence Lab. She received her BS degree in Computer Science from the Univeristy of Science and Technology of China and a M.Phil. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interest is in Data Mining, Bioinformatics, with specialty in Public Health Surveillance.
