Dr. Brown is Research Associate in the Management Information System Department and Artificial Intelligence Lab at th Eller College of Management, and has worked with the Lab since 2010.

Dr. Brown is also Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson.  He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has over 20 years of experience practicing medicine at academic institutions including the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI, and University of Arizona Health Network, Tucson, AZ.

He studied Biochemistry and performed graduate research in biochemistry at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL, before attending medical school at Rush Medical College in Chicago.

He received his MBA from the Eller College of Management in 2008 and participated in the McGuire Entrepreneurship program.  He is currently enrolled in an online program at the Oregon Health Sciences University Bioinformatics Department that will lead to a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Informatics.  He intends to become board certified in the new Medical Board Specialty of Medical Specialist in Biomedical Informatics.  His other interests include Stem Cell Therapy, Business Intelligence and Portfolio Management.
